Craftsman Desk While not conforming to any historic example in it's design or details, this desk was inspired by the arts and crafts design movement. The top and drawer fronts are of curly quarter sawn bubinga, some really gorgeous material. The legs are octagonal in shape and descend in size as they approach the floor. Pulls, feet, accents, and string inlay are of African wenge. The organizer that sits on top, with its drawers, doors, and cubby holes, took almost as much time to build as the rest of the desk.
