painted w/ flush panel doors
This and the next photo show the simple, old-fashioned elegance that flush panel doors can provide, when combined with good architectural design. The kitchen was expanded in the remodel and needed many more cabinets. Only a few remnant cabinets from the original kitchen remained, and the new cabinets had to match in style, and fit in seamlessly.
This is a nice shot of the kitchen, from the hall, over the island. On the left you can see the china cabinet section with four large glass doors with solid wood frames. All of the upper cabinets extend to the ceiling, for maximum storage space, and to match existing units. All doors are flush panel doors with leaf hinges.
