painted kitchen cabinets

These kitchen cabinets were built for a late '40's-early '50's home. The contractor wanted cabinets that fit the house style, and we decided on painted cabinets with lip doors and drawers, very typical for that era.
Construction is paint-grade birch plywood and solid wood face frame throughout. Quality ball-bearing drawer slides, self-closing hinges, and adjustable shelves provide ease-of-use features. The contractor installed the tile top (I don't do tile).
