The client wanted to expand the amount of kitchen cabinets, and of course they needed to match the existing cabinets. Architectural details were matched, including flush panel doors and cabinets extending to the ceiling, a common cabinet style in older homes.
Since these cabinets were painted, paint-grade birch plywood with a solid wood face frame was used throughout. Quality drawer slides and adjustable shelves add to ease-of-use and flexibility. Leaf hinges with the barrel visible are used on the doors to match existing hardware.
