entertainment center and desk area
This is a 9' wall of cabinets that comprise an entertainment center and a small desk area for family use. The cabinets were painted to match the other cabinets and trim in the house, and are constructed of paint-grade birch plywood with solid wood face frames throughout.
All of the doors are full overlay, with semi-concealed slot hinges and contemporary wire pulls. There are three sets of glass doors with solid wood frames. The entertainment center portion has four drawers with full-extension slides to allow easy access to stored audio and video cassettes. The desk area has a built-in laminate top, and is provided with a light under the open bookshelf above.
