Ken Boone is having his 60th birthday party at the Yappy hour — put on by the fine folks at Irie Bean, 2310 S Lamar, from 7:00 to 10:00 Oct 28.

You and your dogs can dress up in Halloween costumes. Nancy said there will be a contest for dog costumes. The Texas Blues Heelers will be playing from 7 to 10 and entering the dog costume contest.

Irie Bean has a food trailer with Caribbean food.
